"Excellent. John set to work right away. He worked very fast and was very knowledgeable. He determined a baseboard heater needed replacement and gave options to choose. He had a very complex task with a porch light the had no power only to find the circuit was dead and found a light fixture that was miswired and had burned the insulation off the wire. He repaired it . finding the problem required getting into the attic crawl space to trace where the wires went. I was grateful he found and fixed it as it was dangerous."

The firm provided excellent quality work in the remodel of our master bedroom bathroom, completed the work on schedule, on time and within the agreed upon budget, and suggested very helpful design and product assistance. The project was a complete remodel of the bathroom that included removing everything. The shower was expanded in size with a built-in bench. The shower and the floor were tiled. The tile work done by C. McNearney is simply lovely. The grouting looks perfect. The shower was completed with a glass door. New fixtures were installed and relocated in the shower and replaced in the cabinet. Charles and his staff were a delight to have working in our home. "He did okay, we did have to have him come back a couple of times to touch some things up. We were disappointed with the ceiling work in the bathrooms specifically. We asked them to use a semi-gloss paint and they used flat paint like the other ceilings. We have had issues with paint dripping when we take showers from it not being the correct finish.

We ended up having them come out about 3-4 times after the initial visit. We were withholding the last payment until the job was to our liking, but he called me and spoke to me unprofessionally. We went ahead and paid them. They refused to come back out after so many times trying to make this right.
