They made sure to walk us through the remotes for the fans and made sure to show us that there were no balancing issues with the fans. For the troubleshooting/fix, we a few dead outlets, that we could not figure out the cause, Uriel found this issue was a GFI outlet (that seemed to work) that their meter found. If I ever need to hire a licensed electrician I will most definitely hire RK Electric and ask for the same techs, even if I had to wait longer for the work to be completed."
