Was able to get an appointment within a few days. We had soot and smoke damage to our home from the Mollala fires.We had a restoration service that worked on removing the soot. But we also wanted our ducts cleaned. I ordered the duct cleaning, plus the dryer vent cleaning and the Antimicrobial Treatment (highly recommend). Our visit was scheduled for 8AM. Twenty minutes before arrival, we received a call with the ETA. Well, Neal and Jesse................competent, thorough, professional, incredible people. And a great sense of humor.
