"When James came out to give me a bid I found that I had already met him at my old house where he had come out to fix a problem I had. He is one of the techs and knew his product very well from an install and maintenance stand point. He was able to figure out what I wanted when I wasn't sure myself and gave me a great bid on a system that is expandable for an additional unit in my garage I plan to turn into a living space. The other companies that came out to give bids were salespeople with out a thorough understanding of their product and their bids were thousands above what Miller offered on a product that I would not have been happy with.
