Contractor gave a quote broken down by individual activities. If he did not have to do one of them he took the charge off the quote. I found this to be very helpful.

Do not trust him at all.

Miguel was very forcoming about potential problems, how he would sovle them and gave us a fair and accurate bid. He stood by everything he told us, and worked very hard with his crew to finish the project on time. I highly recommend them for their good work and honesty.

There work was very professional and was very pleased with what they did. They install a huge patio with out door kitchen and pavers around the house, looks good did great.

They set two different appointment and didn't show up both times. They didn't offer an excuse both times, after providing a written bid, estimate, and contract for work. Would not recommend

Miguel and crew did an excellent job of razing our original planter box and constructing a new one. They were a great team putting together the brick box. Each of the three team members knew exactly what their part was and moved like a well oiled machine. They were very efficient and did an excellent job.

Incredible work by incredible people who know what they are doing. They completely replaced my old and dilapidated chimney with a beautiful culture stone replacement. Not only do I recommend them, I have projects in the works and will be hiring them again.

A company comprised of brothers. These guys are honest, friendly, diligent, hard working, skilled, and very easy to work with. Mariano is the older brother who is the boss, lead mason, and mentor. Manuel is the estimator and a mason. Both guys were extremely helpful with showing us the possibilities and ideas to make our project so successful. We installed a concrete paver driveway and retaining wall and entryway steps, and it's beautiful, and it functions correctly (drainage, etc.) We got bids for the project from 3 different contractors, and New Village was the least expensive, by quite a margin. Very glad we chose them! We have recommended them to our friends and family. I visited a site where they are doing the rock walls of a huge mansion being built in Lake Oswego , and it is beautiful! Also, thanks to Home Advisor for connecting us to these guys!

I am thoroughly impressed with the craftsmanship that Miguel and Mariano did on my outdoor fireplace! This project took me a long time to figure out exactly how I envisioned it to be and they nailed it. I couldn't be happier! To top off this beautiful stone work, they installed a gorgeous rustic mantel that makes this fireplace pop. If you are building a fireplace, you must get one of these mantels!! We plan on doing more projects with New Village in the near future. I highly recommend you do yourself a favor and call them.

New patio and walkway are beautiful.

Honest and professional

Mariano and his uncle did an excellent job of installing a 10x20' concrete pad and a 30' dry set rock retaining wall. There were a couple of hiccups on material deliveries due to access to the area of work, and Mariano was able to get resolution with no impact to the final result. We were very impressed with their work ethic, and would absolutely hire them again. I have also recommended them to others.

Price was fair and the work was done very well.

Miguel was very nice and did a good estimate,the crew showed up on time and completed the job in one day,cleaned up everything.And just loved the patio. Thanks to the crew

Very good Job. I would recommend them and will use them if I need any more work. They did a great job installing brick to my front steps, and cleaned up really well.

New Village was responsive. They finished the job by the commit date. They were able to make suggestions that improved the look of the finished job compared to the design.
