Our Plumbers will take the proper precautions to safeguard you, your home, your family, and themselves as we all move forward though this COVID-19 outbreak. As well as sanitizing our shoe covers, we are wearing gloves, and of course keeping a 6-foot distance from everybody. Our system will also let you know when your plumber is on the way with a tracking map that you can follow once dispatched to your home, so you will be able to know exactly when you can expect to see your plumber. Once we have completed the project, we will clean up the area to ensure we leave your home as clean as we found it, and to further protect everybody, following the CDC guidelines. Our office staff will be working remote though this outbreak and are connected to the systems to give you timely answers to your questions and schedule your appointments, should you need one. In other areas of the country, when a “shelter in place” order has been given most of the trades that preform service are left in place, and we will be available for you, and your family through these uncertain times. Rest assure we will be meticulous, and diligent in our efforts to keep you, your family, and your plumbing safe.

I had a clothes washer draining its water during the cycles only to have it back-up into the bathtub. Made appointment with them, only to have them re-schedule due to staffing issues. They finally came , looked at the situation, looked in crawl space for leaks, determined they didn't have the necessary equipment to examine further, and LEFT!! I had to call them the next day to see what they were going to do. They said they had done all they could, and reco mmended I call ROTO-ROOTER! Can you imagine?? A licensed plumber can't finish the job, send me an invoice for the visit, and tell me to call RotoRooter"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"We replaced our old furnace with a new high efficiency furnace. Shawn came out and helped us figure what to get and gave us 4 options and estimates for each. We chose the third estimate. We set up the appointment, and set the date. Two men came to our home and did the job of removing our old furnace and AC and installing our new ones. It took 2 1/2 days to do the job and it turned out wonderful. The men were great to work with and did a terrific job. They were very polite and fun and answered all our questions. We have used Blairco for about 30+ years, and they come twice every year and do maintenance on our furnace and AC."
