If you have new appliances, I can install them and help with delivery and set up. Also, I keep work spaces clean and don't mind taking off our shoes if necessary.

Yes, you should hire a handyman who’s licensed, certified, and insured, if possible. States have different requirements for handyman licensing, registration, and certifications.
