Great people, product and pricing. Sanders Heating and Cooling has been my go-to HVAC company for myself and my clients for many years. I have them scheduled to do another heat pump install this month.

Originally was told it would take 2 months to get installed after our deposit. Ended up taking almost 4 months. Left dirty fingerprints and rough cut edges around ALL the ceiling vents. Charged us for a cement pad, used a faux cement pad (Styrofoam) instead. There is more to the story, and lots of issues with our billing. Bottom line, I don't trust them at all. And I wish someone had posted a review like this as well so I could have avoided using them. We DO NOT RECOMMEND SANDERS HEATING AND COOLING. Save your money, time, and headaches. Go somewhere else

We hear your concerns with the time frame it took to complete the install. We apologize that the time frame did not meet your satisfaction. Unfortunately, due to Manufacturer delays (COVID, Lack of Supply, and High Demands) we had long wait times for many of our customers. We also hear your other concerns about our performance and cost. We always provide our customers with bids and invoices that include what will be supplied and the scope of the work to be performed. We provided you with the standard HVAC pad that we use for all jobs, no additional charges were made for a cement pad. We are sorry if you felt this was not communicated well enough. Lastly, we understand after we provided you recently with a bid for a new project, you were not satisfied with the new updated prices. It was only then we were made aware about the dissatisfaction of the job we performed for you this last winter. We had Jake come install a New York furnace in are new construction house. The work was far from superior I do construction my self and if I did the quality of work he does I’d fire my self…. Base can had a massive leak had to come back multiple times saying he didn’t have materials…. I wouldn’t use them again if they were free 3 years in business really shows. Starters in September and it’s just gotten wrapped up in November..

Sanders responded immediately when our AC went out right in the middle of the heat wave. Fixed our problem, no hard sell to upgrade- courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. We will definitely use them to upgrade our system!

I was in my house with a five year old during the first summer heat wave. Heat pump failed and my house was 86 degrees. I called expecting to get service later in the week at best. To my surprise they were at my door and the problem was solved with hours of my phone call. They didn’t try to sell me anything, gave me options, charged me what they said they would charge me on the phone and went above and beyond to diagnose my system and ensure I wouldn’t have future problems. I would recommend this company over and over and over again.

it went right on schedule and the owner and his two employees were very pleasant the owner jake sanders the owner came back and replaced the thermostat also checked up on us later the next week make sure every thing was ok highly recommend the company

We had very old heating ducts, that had holes and mice in them under our house and Jake came out gave us a bid, let us know what would be changed and upgraded. We accepted, him and his crew came out, ripped all the old ducting out, put in new ducts, made sure all vents were heating and cooling equally in each room and it’s been great ever since. We call them for all our needs and furnace filters. Thanks!

This company does high quality work and they will treat you with respect. I called multiple other heating and cooling companies where they would either talk down to you for asking questions or just plain ignore your questions and never get back to you. Sanders took the time to answer all my questions and the guys who did the work did excellent, high quality work. I would highly recommend them. 5 Stars
