they send a tech the first time and did nothing to repair the dishwasher. We called again and they send a 2nd tech that was in and out in less than 5 minutes and repaired nothing. He was in a rush and said he is done for the day!!! Really? bad attitude dishwasher is still broke. I called back to follow up and the same guy with the attitude (Luis) answered and when I started to ask him questions, he started to scream that I need to stop my bull shit and started to cuss me out and hung the phone. I immediately contacted the warranty company and asked for a change of vendor. Whoever owns this company needs to really look into his team and start cleaning house. Very unprofessional and should not be in business if this is what they promote. If these is ZERO or below zero star to select, I will give them that. Pathetic.

A guy came and checked out the dishwasher, saw there were problems and order parts. A different guy came and installed the 3 parts for my dishwasher 47 days later. Yikes. When he left it has a squeaking noise it never had and a click from it he door not being installed back correctly. Plus, the dishwasher still doesn?t work, it has the same problem it started with. They won?t come back to see it because they feel ?it works fine?. They?re awful. Their scheduling person made it seem like they were so full that they couldn?t fit me in and that it was an annoyance to book me. Very unprofessional. Don?t use this company if you want good service.

Called within minutes of requesting a quote. Scheduled appointment and was on-time. Fast response for installing the defective part and now dishwasher runs perfectly. Overall summary: excellent communication, response, and fantastic price. Highly recommended.

Luis did an outstanding job. He replaced my dryer vent hose and outside vent attachment. He told me what he was doing every step of the way. He also cleaned the inner workings of the dryer as well! He was friendly and cleaned up everything.

All contact with this company was very punctual. Technician was very punctual, very respectful, very personable. Project was completed in a timely manner. I am very pleased!
