Diagnose and repair upstairs shower water leak

A little overpriced for a 15min job.

Sam was responsive and up front with the process and cost. He took time to call me and go over the thought process of the issue and fix. He was personable and professional while in my home.

SKS did an excellent job replacing a seriously broken drain pipe from the kitchen into the crawl space to the main sewer line. Turns out the pipe was broken in two places due to age/rusting of the pipe. The guys, Sam and Dustin, came in, did an assessment, provided a quote, and did the work. We were going get multiple quotes, but after these guys came in (first and very quickly), we decided to use them based on our discussion and frankly because we liked them. So, I'm not sure how their quote would have compared with others. As far as the work went, Sam and Dustin did an excellent job. They talked to us about things the thought would make the drainage better and also explained things in a way we could understand easily. I really appreciated the work they did, and how they cleaned up afterwards. It has now been a few months since the work and we are still extremely pleased with the work and quality. Many thanks to SKS. If you need some plumbing work done, I highly recommend SKS.

Water heater broken irreparable, need a new water heater.

The clog was cleared and everyone I spoke to, from the initial call to the technician, was very friendly and accommodating.

Sam was in the area on Saturday, and stopped by for a free estimate (the heretofore leaking bathroom faucet was showing signs of needing a more complicated--for me--fix). Dustin was out Monday morning for the fix (as quoted by Sam earlier, a new faucet fixture and replacing both angle stops below the sink and labor. Excellent service, expeditious and professional!
