Good work for the money.

Mr. Bowman is a man of his word. On time, on budget, ready to work when he arrives. I am a 39 year real estate broker who must frequently find home service people to repair/replace household items to be ready for real estate closings and marketing.

He is very dependable. Always on time.

Very reasonably priced. Did the work exactly as I requested. I had old bathroom vanities and cabinets removed and new cabinets installed. He completed the work alone and in about 2 hours. Nice man.

Kevin was on time and did an excellent job. When he finished he cleaned up the work area. He was very efficient and wasted no time. I would recommend. Him to everyone who needs an excellent handyman.

He actually had to cut open my wall to the get cabinet into the room and you can't even tell he had to cut the wall.

on tiime, works fast but efficiently, pleasant, has great ideas, and was reasonable. hate to share this info as he is in high demand and no wonder.

Kevin is extremely professional and dependable but that is not why I am giving him all FIVES. His workmanship is second to none. I have remodeled many times and I am very picky. His work is second to none. I don't think there is anything he can't do. I had a very long "punch list", added things to it after he started and he got the majority of it done in 3 days!! Plus his prices are very reasonable.

How do you thank someone for saving you $10,000! Not enough stars in this rating to reflect the value of his work. He's and expert window fixer, 5 other professionals said the windows could not be fixed - took him 5 minutes to show me what was needed to repair. Kevin worked harder, faster and more efficiently than any other Pro I have hired. We worked in tandem, me running to Home Depot and he continuing to tackle all the projects which included: lanai screen replacement, cabinet repair, gutter repair, painting, light fixtures, smoke alarm installs, etc, etc. Kevin is a outstanding professional, trusted adviser, and a pleasure to work with. Kevin has completed several small jobs in addition to reversing my main entrance door and installing a storm door. I am very pleased with all the work and costs. He is prompt, knowledgeable and personable. I will certainly call on him again and recommend him to friends.

Randy came and had my problem fixed in a flash. He was expert in what he did and his diagnosis of the problem was immediate and quite different than mine. He was absolutely right and had me fixed in a jiffy. I will be calling him with any jobs he is capable of doing. My go-to guy for home repairs that I cannot do.

Kevin replaced all the screens in my 40+ year old condo. Screen frames were not in the best shape. Kevin worked with what we had and made it work for me with my limited hand strength I can actually open and close the screen doors all seven of them measuring 4x8. Even Stella the dog is happy -- she was getting bites too.

Kevin was excellent and honest. He even provided candid recommendations on a couple of projects that resulted in us getting the work done by another contractor. Rare to find someone that honest, he is a keeper. We will go to him for all our handyman projects.
