We are a family owned and operated company. We have three great employees who treat people with kindness and respect. Our policy is we collect on the job when it's complete, however for larger jobs over $1,500.00 or more we require a security deposit of 50% of the total job cost before beginning the job. Having a few punch list items to complete in my renovation so I could get my final plumbing inspection, Mitch agreed to come out on short notice and finish out our new tub/shower. While at the house he also fixed a leak in the kitchen sink that was the result of some DIY gone wrong.
I can't stress enough how good the communication is with this company, which is key to me in working with contractors both at work and at home. Mitch responds quickly to phone calls, text messages and emails, and is easy to schedule.
I have work coming up in the future with another bathroom that I'm looking forward to having Pinnacle bid, to finally finish my gut job of our 1912 bungalow. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing projects.

(2) He showed up extra early which allowed him to get the job in time for my wife and I go grocery shopping at our usual time.
(3) He clearly explained and showed me the defective part (pressure reducing value).
(4) Problem cause was that 5 years ago, the water district worker install the value and then completely buried it in the dirt. A no, no.
(5) Mitch replaced the new value without burying it in dirt: he added a new plastic box just for the value.
(6) Mitch was always professional, informative, hard working, and enjoyable to communicate with.
(7) After job completion, he called the next day to ensure everything was OK.
(8) Pinnacle Plumbing is the only plummber I will use in the future.

"I'm not really sure how to even respond to this review.... All I can say is there are two sides to every story. I tried to schedule with this person several times and between his schedule and mine we just haven't been able to connect. I'm very sorry for that. We are extremely busy and are a small plumbing company. I told this person I would definitely honor the deal he bought. That's why I tried scheduling with him. Why he would say I'm refusing service is beyond me. If you still want us to come out and schedule a service call I'd be happy to do that.... and maybe we could also talk about this review :)"
