He has put in new water saving toilets, replaced dripping shower fixtures, unclogged sinks and drains and made sure that my entire plumbing infrastructure runs smoothly and safely. In addition, Nick brings a lot of wonderful personal qualities to the trade. He is trustworthy and respectful. He has a great sense of humor. He can be counted on. Back in the day, I would refer to rare individuals, like Nick, as being “the salt of the earth.” He certainly embodies these precious qualities."

"Grumpy's Drains was the only company who could get us on their schedule within a week. A half hour before our appointment time, Keith called to let me know he was on his way and then showed up exactly on time. My husband had tried to snake the drains multiple times with no success. Keith was able to clean the clog out of the tub in less than 10 minutes (water balloon and hair clog). He then went to work on the pedestal sink. That was a much more difficult clog while working in a tight space. Keith was cheerful, funny and kind the entire time. The first clog cost a flat $178 and the additional drain was $88. Had to run to store as did not have all parts to finish. Advised I would get charged for that? Have not seen the bill for it however so maybe they realized it was their issue.
