- SFW Construction LLCWe hired SFW to repair our new home that had undisclosed water damage at the time of purchase. TJ was the supervisor assigned to our project and his work was exceptional. TJ is professional, knowledgeable, considerate, kind, thoughtful, courteous, detail oriented, punctual, and always adheres to safety standards. His interpersonal skills are excellent as well. Throughout the entire project, he kept me informed and was transparent about everything related our home restoration. Furthermore, he went above and beyond on multiple occasions to help my family navigate a water damage and new home experience. When other new home related projects popped up, TJ was gracious about facilitating the additional projects for us through SFW. "Great jpb! We had just bought an older house and our realtor (Mia McCormick) referred us to HPR. Juan Gutierrez supervised and coordinated the projects. Juan always kept me updated on progress. As 'surprises' happened, Juan got teams to address it. Our biggest surprise was rotting carpet and damaged subflooring. Juan's team removed and replaced the damaged carpets and subfloor. Originally, I was only going to replace the carpets; but Juan persuaded me to go with Pergo floors instead. I LOVE-LOVE the colors of the new floors and I'm so happy Juan suggested it. We picked out most of the colors for painting the rooms, but asked Juan for suggestions on some rooms. The house looks 100% better with the new paint throughout and the new flooring in a couple rooms. We will definitely use HPR again. In fact, their newest project here will be to remove a window and install a slider in its place.
