In addition, Nick brings a lot of wonderful personal qualities to the trade. He is trustworthy and respectful. He has a great sense of humor. He can be counted on. However, as is the case with lots of repairs, you touch one part and it causes a change reaction with other worn-out parts. The drain pipes leaked after he left and he promptly returned the next day. We found a part that had corroded and he quickly replaced the part at no charge to me and his service was already guaranteed, so no extra charge to fix the part. Had to run to store as did not have all parts to finish. Advised I would get charged for that? Have not seen the bill for it however so maybe they realized it was their issue.
