    Two Brothers Painting did an excellent job. Neighbors have commented on how good it house looks. They were extremely accommodating about scheduling around some family illness issues. The workers were on time, hard working, polite and cleaned up beautifully each day. Some minor issues were fixed the same day I addressed them. Price was very competitive, not the lowest but you get what you pay for. They were very responsive and eager to please. I would definitely use them again

    Left a message and Lance got back to me in 5 minutes, came over in around an hour, and finished changing the locks before I finished asking if I could watch. He knew the tools to use and how to use em, conducts business in an efficient and pleasant manner, and answered all my questions. Sure, I could have saved a buck by spending a couple hours figuring out how to do it myself, but we're talking about getting locks changed here. Security isn't really the place for DIY, in my opinion. I consider it a great deal and I'll be calling again for all my lock needs

    I am tremendously pleased with the work that Rowell Construction did in replacing some rotted wood trim around a second-floor window on the south side of my home. I needed this work done for some time but none of the contractors I contacted seemed interested in this work. This was not a job I was willing to tackle myself. JD was recommended to me by Adam Bettey at Rose City Renovators who I hired to remove moss from my roof (another excellent company worth hiring). JD came out, gave me an estimate, and recommended the use of PVC moldings that will not rot or deteriorate. I am tremendously pleased with the work and will definitely consider hiring Rowell Construction again for further projects

    I hired them to replace window brick molding that was rotten and rotted deck boards. Sean, the manager, came out the same day that I contacted them to evaluate the job. He gave me an estimate a couple days later. After I selected them, I paid a deposit and they got me into their schedule a week later. I was very impressed with how quickly they could get me into their schedule as other companies I considered were booked out a month or more. Sean is a great communicator and was always abailable by phone and email. The quality of the work was great and I felt the overall cost was fair too. I ended up hiring them again for some landscaping. I needed some cleanup from the ice storm earlier this year. Again, I considered another company which cancelled 3 appointments with me. So, of course I really appreciated PDX taking care of me right away. They were able to send someone out for the landscaping within a week as well. I recommend this company and will probably hire them again

    I needed to have a damaged concrete-set post and mailbox removed and replaced with a new post and mailbox in the exact same location due to surrounding structural features and a property line. I feared the old post removal would be impossible to do, but installer Darrell Hill masterfully removed the post, and then he installed the new post and mailbox with great attention to detail and "level" precision. I was very impressed and grateful for Darrell's experience, skill, and quality workmanship at a fair price. I will be using the company again for future needs

    It went very well. I called three handyman companies and Vas was the only one who picked up the phone. Vas did the work himself with his brother's help sometimes. Vas was easy to deal with and takes pride in his work. Our timing was flexible and Vas spread the work over three visits. He showed up on time, did what he said he would and I plan to hire him again if I have any future handyman projects. I was pleased with all the results but in particular the drywall repair and the doors. One door was very loose and ill-fitting, and Vas fixed it so that it shuts tightly. The drywall looks perfect, it's impossible to tell it was ever damaged. I strongly recommend VODD Construction
