They won my business at the estimate stage with their ability to respond quickly, maintain a no pressure sales approach and clearly explain the tradeoffs between products and components. Installation was tricky due to design features in my home but they made it look easy and the process was super smooth. Divine Heating and Cooling put a Mini Split in my store in Milwaukie and demoed out our old system and really took care of my needs as a customer. Matt, Sarah and Ronnie make a great team and I couldn’t be happier with the product and service that I received. I really did my homework looking around the area for an HVAC company that was able to meet my needs and I feel great about choosing them. I’ve had my system in place for about a month now and it’s kept my store cool when it was hot and kept it warm when it was cold out. We’ve got an older building with probably not the best insulation and it’s kept up very well. I plan on calling them again when it’s time to upgrade my system at home.

They were wonderful to work with. We are really happy with our new air-conditioning. I would definitely recommend them, and will be using them in the future if we have any other projects.
