"It is probably an understatement to say that our septic project was a much bigger and more difficult project than we anticipated. Due to county requirements and delays, the project cost more and took longer than expected. But the trust we invested in Cory Calhoun of Quality Septic and Excavation was in our estimation well repaid in the quality of his work. We appreciate his good communication, skillful excavation, and especially, his perseverance in negotiating the challenges of a compact lot, sophisticated equipment (including a county-required "level-2" treatment unit) and capricious county inspectors. And he finished so well! In the end, his above-and-beyond help with landscape restoration under the pressure of our looming real estate deal was especially generous and appreciated. (I couldn't have moved all those boulders without his help!) And the finished project is beautiful!--so well-graded and restored after the chaos of the new system excavation and installation. "This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
