It went good. They did a nice job.

OK, but the Model I ordered was 'out of stock', so I had to wait about 2 more weeks than planned to receive it. Other than that irritation, their Truck arrived within the 'time frame' and Installation, including removal of the old, was good,

They are very helpful.

They gave us a substantial window, a 50% off. They did try to mitigate for the damage. It was really stressful, our remodeler was on a timeline and that messed up the timeline so they gave us 50% off. They smashed the first one. They saved us $300, since they were willing to give us the discount. We had major problems with our remodeler timeline because of that. I would give them an A to try and mitigate the damage, they tried to really make up for what they did, but why are they running a forklift through boxes. They originally tried to blame us for it. They should not be blaming us for their forklift. I would add twice as much time to your timeline, there are just to many things to go wrong. This is not the first incident we have had with. Whatever timeline they give you, I would add on a month. I appreciated that they then said we caused you a great deal on inconvience with the builder and the timeline. It ended up being a wash because we had to pay more to the builder because of the pushed back timeframe.

We have good experiences and not good experiences with them. That is what you get from big box stores. They gave us good advice on what kind of grade of weed eater we really needed, the price was good, and we got good help. It was a good deal and was on sale.

I am getting is the run around.   It's did you do this, did you do that, yes, yes, yes.  I have been told that they are back logged.

I went back to the store and the manager was no help at all.  I told her since I have not opened the case I would bring it back

and they could credit my account.  The answer was a flat out no, that she could not do that.  This is SCAM

I purchased carpet there because I was told installers were employees of Home Depot, not hired outside.
A couple, husband and wife maybe? showed up to install 2 rooms and a hallway of for us expensive carpet.Thery were nice did ok job at the time but took all day as only he did the work with her assistance. They brought a broken vacuum , duct taped together, that didn't work well and planned to leave me with the job of vacuuming up all the crud left. I asked them to clean up, they tried but
were not professional in their job and tools.
I will never have a job done from Home Depot again. The carpet seams in a few years have stood out, when I went back for literature on the carpet for cleaning instructions as I did not get any from the installer I was told to look it up online.
Since then I have been in to Home Depot a few times and left and went to Lowes. The greeter will tell you where to go for things and help in the store but then you are on your own.It is no longer a place I will do business with.
It has been a few years now and I am not sure the exact date the carpet was installed, but it has been within 3 -5 years.I have an account there so they can look it up.

My purchase from Home Depot was one of the worst experiences of my life. The product quality was never the issue, it was a total absence of customer service and response to my situation. I went to the Tigard Home Depot to look at Window Treatments. I was introduced to their design consultant and a gentleman in a Home Depot Bib. I was told the best course of action was to have a home consultant visit my home. Little did I know that I was then being handed off to a third party vendor who was never identified. My first contact from the designer was this is Diana from Home Depot. The design consultant visited my home and we told her we were trying to purchase blinds that would give us a greater shading capability, better energy efficiency, and deflect light. She unfortunately did not have a full size sample but a 2 inch by 3 inch sample. I asked what if I don't like these when they are installed, she replied we'll take them back. As such when the blinds were installed they offered no increase what so ever in shading, blocking of light. Here then lies my problem. I thought first I was dealing with Home Depot but am now talking to a third party. They inform me I had the opportunity to hold the sample to the window to measure the shading and with a customer order they could only offer to upgrade me to a more expensive blind to accomplish what I needed. 16 windows at $175 more. I also was reminded of the terms of the contract that said no refund. Again, I asked I never had a sample to hold against the window, relied on your consultant to suggest what would be thicker than the existing blinds, and assumed we'll take them back meant a refund. Now I have two choices, keep the blinds that are identical in thickness or pay the upgrade charge. Any aspect of where Home Depot may have been a fault was never a issue. No one argued that I should have been informed of the third party while in the Home Depot store, no response when I indicated that the consultant did not have a sample, and wouldn't the normal customer assume we'll take them back to mean a refund. So, in essence if you purchase blinds and anything is wrong, you on your own. Only once did a Georgia customer representative ever listen to me but to no avail. Did I mention my wall was scraped and damaged, and they asked the installer and he said he didn't do it, so they would not take care of it. Again, the true character of a company is how they deal with a customer when things go wrong. I knew I would have to concede something, I just didn't know that we were not going to even have a conversation about taking care of me what so ever. Find a locally owned company where you deal with the owner. Stay away from Home Depot.

Everything went very smoothly with Home Depot at Tigard when I was in the store. I did the financing. That was good. The people who installed it were good. But nobody followed up. They didn't do a call from the store. I was pretty happy with it, but since they used contractors, you'd think they'd call up and ask how everything went. But they didn't. They moved the furniture and they were really careful moving the furniture. They were very neat. It was snowing a little that day, so they were really respectful of moving the furniture and how they handle everything. They totally just did the job. They didn't chit chat or anything. They were just kind of doing their thing, so they seemed pretty efficient and got it done in a good amount of time.

I like their customer service and their prices. I like their selection as well.

My experience with Home Depot itself was very disappointing. I had a much better service experience at Lowe's but it came down to a significant price difference between the two companies. I woke to a broken hot water heater and instantly began doing online searches for replacement water heaters, pricing and installations. Home Depot touts same day installation if you call by noon. I called around 9:30am to several companies to ensure that they had the heaters in stock and could indeed deliver today.
I called Home Depot 3 times because each time I was transferred to the water heater department no one picked up. In between I had gotten through to a competitor. They were extremely helpful in giving me pricing, calling to confirm delivery that day etc. However when they proactively called back to let me know when the entered all the info in their system the installation was over $100 more than they had quoted me. That is when I called Home Depot back a 3rd time. I reached a gentleman in the water heater department. I asked if they had heaters, he said yes they had them in stock. When I asked about delivery and cost he said, and quot;oh gee, um, I don't know, I really wouldn't have any ideaand quot; He said that if I logged into the website there was an 800 number I could call to find that information out. He couldn't even be bothered to give me the number.
Being desperate, I looked up and called the 800 number. The installation group, Fast Water Heaters, I want to stress was great! They could not get the heater installed the same day, despite Home Depots claim of same day installation if ordered by noon (it was now 10:15am). But they were highly rated on Angie's list and even honored the Angie's List coupon on the order.
They (Fast) set up an appt for the next day. The installer was about an hour late due to a company meeting, but called and kept me informed. He was courteous and friendly. He wasn't pushy with some upgrade offers and cleaned up his work afterwards.
I highly recommend Fast for your plumbing and water heater needs, but Home Depot needs to work on their customer service!

I have had very good experiences at my local Home Depot. Most recently I had to rebuild the cabinetry around my washer and drier and the staff at HD were very helpful. Not everyone knows that they give a discount to veterans, with proof you served. I appreciate that!

All the improvements that we have made have been made easier because of their staff's helpfulness!

I don't know if there was anything in particular that stood out about them. They were very efficient and their prices are generally reasonable. I would recommend them to the others. We had some trouble with our dish washer. We had problems with the sub contractor who did the installation but home Depot did fine. The guy who was supposed to put it in was four days late or something. The responsiveness wasn't good. His professionalism was fine once he showed up. We will consider using their services again in the future.

They are very helpful people. The seller who was helping at the store was fantastic. They have a good collection and it is conveniently located. We would probably purchase products from there for sure again in the future.

The job went great. Special ordered tile came sooner than expected.
