He asked me to contact the manufacturer and order the correct part. The manufacturer gave me the part number but would not sell the part to me, a homeowner. So, it took a week for Zach to get the part, then he installed it immediately. Great service!"

Due to county requirements and delays, the project cost more and took longer than expected. But the trust we invested in Cory Calhoun of Quality Septic and Excavation was in our estimation well repaid in the quality of his work. We appreciate his good communication, skillful excavation, and especially, his perseverance in negotiating the challenges of a compact lot, sophisticated equipment (including a county-required "level-2" treatment unit) and capricious county inspectors. And he finished so well! In the end, his above-and-beyond help with landscape restoration under the pressure of our looming real estate deal was especially generous and appreciated. (I couldn't have moved all those boulders without his help!) And the finished project is beautiful!--so well-graded and restored after the chaos of the new system excavation and installation.
