I just had back surgery and our rental had a big leak. Brian took care of it in short order!

Kitchen remodeling work was good, but he took weeks to show up and then disappeared for a couple of days then returned unannounced at night to finish it, and was still here at 11pm. Unprofessional. Bathroom remodel was booked with him over a month in advance, we provided detailed specs and the room is gutted down to the studs to make it easy for him. It's been 9 days since our scheduled start date and we have no idea where he is and he won't return text, calls, or emails. Even left a note on his truck 3 days ago and he still has not responded. Now we are without a bathroom and a plumber. Terrible communication skills. Will never recommend. He may know what he's doing...but you never know if he is going to do it, so there's no point in trying.

Brian was seriously busy that day but was able to fit us in on his way home. Even on Valentines day he worked late to accommodate a customer.
He listened very carefully to my shower symptoms then headed in to take a look for himself. I left him to it and a bit later he was done.
He turned off the water, and cleaned out the lines. Changed out the shower head, tightened valves and put new rings.
We used him twice before. Besides the fact that he knows what he is doing he is a REALLY nice trustworthy guy.
As for price...... we are renting and our landlord pays his bill. I don't know what he charges but when my landlord says to use him then it must be a good honest price. Given everything else in this house they don't put in more than they have to.
I will continue to use him even when we leave this rental.

HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, AND FAST. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HIS WORK. HE TOOK THE OLD TANK AWAY WHICH WAS A BIG HELP. HE RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND ALWAYS CALLED BEFORE HE CAME OUT SO AS TO GIVE A HEADS UP. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN FOR ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS.

He arrived promptly and set about his work. He replaced the disposal, added vents to a couple of the drain lines, streamlined a few of the drain systems and replaced two faucets. He also replaced an exterior faucet.

After fixing the leaky valve under the bathroom sink, I called Bryan to install plumbing for a new refridgerator. The prior fridge didn'd have the water and ice maker in the door. We thought we would have to run a new line under the house but when I mentioned that my water heater was just outside an adjacent wall, Bryan figured out a way to get the water from that incoming line to the fridge. Minimal plumbing parts and time! Great job and great price. I had to call him back in January because a the valve that should shut off my outside water during winter wasn't shutting off properly and water was continually running out the open faucets. He came the next day and installed a new valve with a draining switch so I don't have to worry about water left in my lines. I never worry that the work is substandard or will totally break the bank. He even comes on Sundays at no extra charge!!
