Chinook Plumbing came out to determine why our Grundfos water pump was making more noise than it should. They were great in being willing for us to send them an audio file electronically which they sent to the pump manufacturer. They used the information sent from the manufacturer and worked with us to problem solve some possibilities of why the only 2 year old pump became ruined. Jesse and Teri went the extra mile for us, pressing their distributor to honor our just expired warranty on the pump. We received a new pump and Jesse came out to install it and replace a water line from the water tank to the house. It wasn't an easy job. His work was professional, careful and he took the time to explain to us what he was doing and how to maintain our water system for the future. He was respectful of us and of our house as he kept everything clean. We are satisfied customers and would work with them again in the future.

The plumber that came to the house was very friendly and professional. He told me up front the process of what needed to be done in order to fix the leak. He also worked with our home warranty company and the project went very smoothly! I highly recommend Chinook Plumbing! And Thank you!!!
