I had several distinct items from a home inspection report I wanted to take care of when my wife and I took possession of our new home in March of 2018 - this included (but wasn't limited to) repairs to our yard fence, replacement of damaged ground-fault interruption plugs, replacement of some water-damaged subfloor, and firebox repairs in our fireplace. They told us what they found and what we needed to do if we want toâ no pressure, no gimmicks, and so far no problems.
