They have worked on various projects for us over the years, and we have always been very satisfied with their work. They are experts in accessibility design, and have just finished a major remodeling of our hall bathroom to improve accessibility. They have an excellent team: the design consultant, the site manager, the lead person for the project, all work together efficiently and quickly to make the process as smooth as possible. They maintain really good communications with clients, and are very responsive in answering questions and resolving minor issues that arise. The remodel is finished and the new bathroom is beautiful and very functional. IYH is already working on other projects for us - deck cleaning and refinishing, driveway cleaning and sealing, and other minor alterations, and everything gets done right the first time. "Lo's contracting replaced (2) 4x6 posts which supported the porch roof, and painted our ranch style home. They raised 2 posts so that the wood posts would no longer contact the soil or grass. "My husband and I recently sold our home and subsequently purchased a condo to live in during retirement. The condoâ s layout and build quality were perfect for us; but, the interior was somewhat dated. At the recommendation of our interior designer, we called upon Paliy Construction to measure and provide a bid to replace the existing carpet with hardwood throughout the condo, including on the stairs and in the elevator. Additionally, we asked for a bid to resurface the fireplace, change out the tile on the kitchenâ s backsplash, and change out the counter, sink and faucet in the powder room. Art Paliyev answered his phone when I first calledâ despite it being early evening. Two days later a young gentleman met us at the condo. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through exactly how they would approach the job and, shortly after, sent a bid via email. Although we initially intended to seek additional bids we were so impressed by the professionalism of the company and so pleased with the final bid that we immediately gave them the â go ahead.â We could not be more pleased with either the ongoing communication or the quality of the work.
