Our Project Manager Gary was easy to work with, kept us informed and kept to the schedule. He was onsite for most of the work and we had no issues with any of the subcontractors. "Brian and Avery were very helpful in giving us options for a tub to shower conversion. The installers, Kyle and Layla were professional and very personable. Our family members are tall. We requested the shower head be installed at a higher height which the plumber T.L. accommodated. Kyle also took the time to make sure the grab bars and shower bench were the correct height for long arms and legs. The new shower is beautiful! "My husband and I recently sold our home and subsequently purchased a condo to live in during retirement. The condoâ s layout and build quality were perfect for us; but, the interior was somewhat dated. At the recommendation of our interior designer, we called upon Paliy Construction to measure and provide a bid to replace the existing carpet with hardwood throughout the condo, including on the stairs and in the elevator. Additionally, we asked for a bid to resurface the fireplace, change out the tile on the kitchenâ s backsplash, and change out the counter, sink and faucet in the powder room. Art Paliyev answered his phone when I first calledâ despite it being early evening. Two days later a young gentleman met us at the condo. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through exactly how they would approach the job and, shortly after, sent a bid via email. Although we initially intended to seek additional bids we were so impressed by the professionalism of the company and so pleased with the final bid that we immediately gave them the â go ahead.â We could not be more pleased with either the ongoing communication or the quality of the work. Our oak floors, granite and glass tile turned our condo into a showplace. The workmanship is superb!
