"I have used this service twice, first to work on finishing the basement in my 1930 house. They did a fabulous job of transforming a drab, cold space into an inviting area. They did everything from giving me a much needed linen c!oset, removing cheap and dated paneling and adding texture and paint to the walls, and turning a dark and scary stairway into a bright and beautiful passage. I rehired them last year to work on my dark and dingy kitchen. It is now a beautiful, world class kitchen. They took out the old false ceiling and now I have beautiful high ceilings. They cabinets were old and varnished but serviceable. I didn't want to destroy them, so Lo's stripped off the old varnish and painstakingly painted them. At the recommendation of our interior designer, we called upon Paliy Construction to measure and provide a bid to replace the existing carpet with hardwood throughout the condo, including on the stairs and in the elevator.
