The condoâ s layout and build quality were perfect for us; but, the interior was somewhat dated. At the recommendation of our interior designer, we called upon Paliy Construction to measure and provide a bid to replace the existing carpet with hardwood throughout the condo, including on the stairs and in the elevator. Additionally, we asked for a bid to resurface the fireplace, change out the tile on the kitchenâ s backsplash, and change out the counter, sink and faucet in the powder room. Art Paliyev answered his phone when I first calledâ despite it being early evening. Two days later a young gentleman met us at the condo. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through exactly how they would approach the job and, shortly after, sent a bid via email.
