In-store FLAT RATE: desktops - $89, laptops - $129. No matter how long it takes us to repair your system, diagnostics & repair labor are covered by the flat rate*. Average turn-around 3 days. Express same-day service available. On-site service - $125/hr, travel charges may apply. 60-day warranty, never pay for the same problem twice. In-store service available at 5 locations - Clackamas, Portland, Gresham, Milwaukie, Vancouver,Happy Vally *flat rate does not include the cost of replacement hardware.

A couple of years ago, these guys repaired my gaming computer and it's still going strong, so I went back to them when I needed another computer to run an industrial application. They set me up with a great desktop that a had parallel port and the operating system I needed. Super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I will use them again for any computer repair services and would definitely recommend them. A+
This is a great store. The people who work here are wonderful!
I went in to buy an external hard drive and a new screen cover for my iphone 6 (the one I had was bubbling up in places).
The first guy came to assist me immediately, first he explained which screen cover was best and why and gave me a great price on it. They placed it for me and my iphone looks 1,000 times better, just beautiful and so easy to read.
I asked about an external hard drive and would it be easy to figure out how to install it on my PC? The next guy (possibly the owner) explained it to me and said he would have the technician come out and show me how to install it on one of the computers they had set up in the store. He gave me a great price on the external hard drive and right away the technician came out to demonstrate how to do it.
Everyone was wonderful there, so nice!
I took the hard drive home and with the demo the technician gave me, I was able to easily use it to back up my computer.
I can't say enough nice things about this place, I highly recommend them !!!

We also show that you have later authorized us to add Trend Micro antivirus software, which has resulted in an additional $65, which I presume is the price difference you dispute herein. We always work to resolve issues to customer satisfaction and are frankly, surprised to see a negative review here rather than attempting to resolve directly with us.
