Where do I begin? My search for a contractor to renovate our Master Bathroom began in April 2023. I had several different ideas about what Iâ  d like to do in the space. The first company I called was one Iâ  d had my eye on for years - Letâ  s Remodel. Without going into too much detail, Iâ  ll just say that I paid them a good sum of money to come to my house, look at the space, make suggestions and create a written estimate. I donâ  t feel I got what I paid for â  the estimate wasnâ  t very detailed and there wasnâ  t even a mock up of the space. (Their quote was more than we could go, so I knew I had to adjust my desires. However, I didnâ  t really approach them with other, *what ifs* because I was a little put off with how the first estimate was presented.) But while I waited for that first estimate, I found Paliy Construction online, was impressed with the reviews, so gave them a call. Within just a few days, Nazar, who works up estimates for them, came by, looked at the space, made suggestions, took measurements and within a day or so, emailed a written estimate. His estimate included photos of the bathroom with items circled that would be changed along with detailed line items, so I knew exactly what Paliy would supply and be responsible for, as well as listing those things that I said I would supply. (I asked a third company for an estimate, and never heard back from them.) Well, during all these deliberations we actually had a leak in the shower wall that traveled to the ceiling of the room below. We contacted our insurance company who moved very quickly to assess the damage in that small area and settled the claim quickly. So now, we had a large hole in the wall, no shower, and an area of underlayment that had been removed. We couldnâ  t put off the update any longer. Nazar stayed in touch with me throughout that process whereas the first company lost interest once the insurance company got involved and I never heard from them again. And as I said previously, the last company I contacted never bothered to give me an estimate even after coming by and taking measurements. I called Nazar around May 24, signed a contract on May 26, and on Friday, June 9, Yuri Paliy came by around 9 am, demoed and removed *everything* in the bathroom. It was a clean slate. By this same date, my materials had arrived and most were sitting in my garage. I had guests coming for a week on 6/21, so Paliy moved Heaven and earth to make certain we had our bathroom back before our guests arrived so we didnâ  t have to share a bathroom. By the afternoon of 6/21, (my guests were due to arrive late that night), we had a working bathroom. The only items we had to wait on were the shower door and baseboard trim. We just put up a temporary tension rod and shower curtain. The day my guests left, the shower door was installed and the trim was completed. Everyone who had a hand in this project: Nazar, Ben, Yuri, Max - the young tile expert, the plumber, and flooring expert were super to work with and always professional. And quiet; sometimes I forgot they were even working upstairs! Ben, the project manager, patiently answered all my annoying questions too. And trust me, I ask a lot of questions! I know this review is long, but I just wanted to give you a sense of the timeline and how this company not only gave me a very reasonable price for the scope of work required, but continued to stay in touch and follow up when others didnâ  t. My bathroom is not only beautiful, but I know the care and quality of the work that went into it. If youâ  re considering Paliy, look no further; you wonâ  t regret it.

Weâ ve had our new kitchen and floors for a few months now and absolutely love it. Nazar was great to work with - he checked in regularly throughout the process and made sure everything was perfect and to our liking after each part of the project was done. He was also very helpful when we needed to make any changes. Everyone on the team was very professional and communicative.

Bath Remodel Paliy Construction did a wonderful job remodeling our master bath: remove and replace both flooring and countertops, as well as painting. We are very pleased with all of their work. The new countertops and fixtures look great.

My partner found Paliy and hired them for a major remodel project - remodeling our master bathroom. We needed to basically gut everything and redo it all - tile, vanity, lighting, tub and shower. We had just finished working with Pacific Bath Company for a simple LuxStone shower install for our guest bathroom, which was a total train wreck. After that project, I was frankly dreading working on a big remodel considering how difficult it was to work with Pacific Bath Company just for a single shower. I was expecting supply chain disruptions, employee turnover issues and delays in getting back to us with answers. But Nazar quickly proved to us that we had absolutely nothing to fear with Paliy, even though this was such a big project. He was very responsive. He was great at trying to set our expectations and find issues that could cause possible delays. Since we were still novices at remodeling, it was such a relief to work with someone who was patient and extremely detail oriented. For example, we selected and purchased all of the materials for the remodel. Nazar made sure to check the sizing for the medicine cabinets that I wanted to be inset into the wall. He made sure I understood that the fit wasn't ideal for the existing wall type. He explained that either there would be a slight amount that would not be completely flush or I could order a different size. I think the cabinets look great even though not completely flush with the wall (by only like - a half an inch) and we told him that we didn't need to reorder anything. What I appreciated though was that he wanted to make sure that for every single detail, down to the half an inch, our expectations were met. He was also great at making sure we understood our options. His electrician and tile guy were also a cut above the rest for sure. Everyone that came to our house (we continued to live in the house during the remodel, which was a bit tricky since I work from home) was incredibly polite. We expected a few hiccups here and there given the size of the project, but there wasn't any single issue that Paliy didn't make right. I think the bathroom is stunning and it turned out better than I had imagined. I was shocked that they basically finished on time (even though we needed to order a custom glass door)! I would not hesitate to hire them again for another project. They were extremely dedicated to making sure the construction deadline was met and no question was left unanswered. The main thing I would have done differently (if I could do it again), was to have learned about them sooner and hired them to do my guest bathroom shower as well!!!!

My husband and I recently sold our home and subsequently purchased a condo to live in during retirement. The condoâ s layout and build quality were perfect for us; but, the interior was somewhat dated. At the recommendation of our interior designer, we called upon Paliy Construction to measure and provide a bid to replace the existing carpet with hardwood throughout the condo, including on the stairs and in the elevator. Additionally, we asked for a bid to resurface the fireplace, change out the tile on the kitchenâ s backsplash, and change out the counter, sink and faucet in the powder room. Art Paliyev answered his phone when I first calledâ despite it being early evening. Two days later a young gentleman met us at the condo. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through exactly how they would approach the job and, shortly after, sent a bid via email. Although we initially intended to seek additional bids we were so impressed by the professionalism of the company and so pleased with the final bid that we immediately gave them the â go ahead.â We could not be more pleased with either the ongoing communication or the quality of the work. Our oak floors, granite and glass tile turned our condo into a showplace. The workmanship is superb! Without exception, the employees and sub-contractors were polite, skilled, and each demonstrated a strong work ethic I highly recommend Paliy Construction for any build or remodel. Paliy Construction replaced our vinyl and carpet with LVP floor on our whole first floor and also remodeled our master bathroom to make our shower room bigger with new wall tiles, glass door, shower header, toilet, and LVP floor. Their price is reasonable. We are very happy with the results and got a lot of compliments from friends. Would highly recommend to others and may use them for next project. The project manager Nazar is nice to work with, he came to our house many times to make sure our questions and concerns were answered. They started their project within the time frame we wanted, the scheduling time was very quick comparing with other contractors that would start a few months later. Nazar has a good communication with his crews to schedule their coming time. He also responded our text messages promptly. All the crew members, flooring person, demo, drywall, pluming, and tiling person are very nice and easy to work with. Great work, thank you all.

Paliy did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel and had it done in less than three weeks, which was astonishing considering the every other company we talked to said it would take six to eight weeks to get the project completed. I'm very happy with them!

We recently had 1300+sq ft of LVP installed in our new home and Paliy Construction did a wonderful job from start to finish. They have a great project manager who helps coordinate everything, and their installation staff is so friendly. We will definitely be using them again for our remodeling needs in the future.

Paliy Construction answered my request on Home Advisor within minutes. They came out that night, did a walk through, measured all and had an estimate the next day. They were able to squeeze our job in immediately. The guys that laid the wood were awesome, definitely talented experts at this job. The manager of this job came by a few times to check on progress and to make sure we were happy with their work. We couldn't be happier with our choice of Paliy.

I just finished remodeling two of the bathrooms in my house. Paliy Construction did my most recent one which was a smaller hallway bathroom and the one I had finished earlier this year was my master bathroom and it was done by another company. Looking back, I wish I had known about Arts company because the two experiences were completely different. I mean, comparing the two contractors apples to apples, there are just so many differences in quality, responsiveness, attention to detail. Paliy Construction was phenomenal and quite frankly, I wish they could have done my master bathroom as well. I have been planning on moving and am looking forward to using them again!

Our new master bathroom looks great! From the start, they instantly sent out the quote and always texted back promptly. Two other contractors took about a week to send out the quote, after I kept asking them when I can expect it. I can tell why they're the best at what they do. I have no regrets about choosing them for this project and they quite literally brought my dream to life. All I did was show them some pictures of the style I wanted and they made it happen. The freestanding tub is definitely my favorite part and I'm glad they recommended that. It was easy to work with them and their suggestions turned out making the bathroom look amazing. Sooo excited!

I wanted to say a big thanks to all the skilled workers at Paliy Construction! From the demo, to the drywall, plumbing, tile work, vanity install, all the workers were joyful and very respectful. Art, Nazar, and their crew did a complete renovation on our master bathroom. They were timely every day and returned daily until the job was completed. My wife and I were extremely impressed with their exhibited professionalism and accommodating nature. They offered their ideas when decisions had to be made, and kept us informed daily, every step of the way. Regardless what decisions were made, the quality of their work was exceptional. Their experience in home construction is clearly evident and I will continue to recommend them to others. My wife and I have used other contractors in the past and none have been as exemplary as Paliy Construction. We will definitely use them again, when the need arises.

I hired Paliy Construction to complete a flooring project over 2/3 of my home. From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience. Their customer service and quality of work is excellent, and their pricing is competitive. They even finished 1.5 days earlier than expected. Im writing this review somewhat late since this work was completed in December of 2019. Nazar reached out to me to get this review written and I guess I can give an even more honest review since the bathroom still looks great 2 years later! Everything is still just like now and we haven't had to call them out to fix anything. They are honest and hard working. Great job.

The project was finished on schedule. Excellent communication from Art and Nazar thru the duration. Diligent and excellent work performed by all crews. Very well-managed project. Very happy with the outcome.

We are BIG believers in customer service and believe that that has gone by the wayside.......BUT Paliy Construction has made me a believer that there are still businesses that hold this in high regard. Art and his associates were great. From his project manager, Nazar, to the guys who did the actual remodel, they were all very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and very clean. We are extremely pleased with how our two bathrooms turned out and would use Arts company again without a doubt.

Art and his team were exceptional. I mean, they truly were the definition of an absolutely outstanding group of people. They were so polite and respected my home by taking off their shoes right away! Art then proceeded to ask me about my vision for both the bathrooms in the house. I explained to him what I wanted and he respectfully took notes and thoughtfully made recommendations! It was truly a very pleasant experience to be able to speak with someone so excited to help me with my remodel!!! He gave me a very good price and even offered to do some drywall fixes for free!
