We requested the shower head be installed at a higher height which the plumber T.L. accommodated. Kyle also took the time to make sure the grab bars and shower bench were the correct height for long arms and legs. The new shower is beautiful! All in all a positive experience and would recommend this company."

The contract negotiations were straight-forward, direct, efficient, and very friendly – clearly, this team knows how to work well together. The pre-construction team focused on the agency’s needs and truly “crawled inside” the details in the RFQ. They efficiently kept within a reasonable timeframe as to start of construction and projected end dates, effectively dealing with our occasional concerns and one “act of God” event. Most importantly, the on-site team (project manager, site manager, technical staff) all were well-versed in the needs of a shelter, and IYH took very many steps to make sure the agency’s shelter residents were both informed and kept safe, even making construction crew pictures and names available prior to construction. During the construction phase , IYH exceptionally managed demolition, debris management/removal, renovation (framing, plumbing, electrical (both low and high voltage), windows, exterior siding, materials deliveries, sheetrock, painting, cabinetry, countertops, tile backsplash, flooring, lighting), and post-renovation cleanup – including in-situ deep cleaning. Also, IYH was responsive to the predictable mid-construction changes, including a contract expansion for flooring throughout the structure, replacement of the several bath/restroom features, and so on. The high quality of the team members and the work they have produced is evident in both now-hidden and still-visible ways throughout the shelter. "Lo's contracting replaced (2) 4x6 posts which supported the porch roof, and painted our ranch style home. They raised 2 posts so that the wood posts would no longer contact the soil or grass. Everything went well. It was a pleasure working with Amadou. His workers showed up on time, they did the job and cleaned everything up afterward. Workers were kind and respectful. "Sales team is great and helps put you at ease through the process. Customer service and resolution to issues is painstaking!! No communication between sales rep and construction crew. When inquiries or communication needed the sales guy would just state-"tell the crew". For the money spent we did not want to "tell the crew" anything and expected sales guy to rise to the occasion since he wrote up bid and was in our home helping going through details of the job...Our air conditioning line was cut killing our air conditioner on the hottest day of summer in July 2016. We got an apology after calling customer service for over a week. Finally emailed sales guy copies and was going to take care of it....Kept up with customer service and providing copy of receipt and inquiries for status took weeks. Received reimbursement for the cut line for AC in December 2016. Rain this last week was beautiful. Our gutters for a year leak and are worst than the ones on the house for 20 years we replaced. Disappointed with the gutters and tons of regret. Roof is beautiful and seems to do what it needs to! Hoping if ever need to use the warranty it won't be as painful an experience as it was to get things done in other areas."
