If you want a respectful and knowledgeable professional who takes great pride in his work, then look no further. Once our turn came he was very patient with us and spent as much time as we needed to pick out tile and fixtures, taking us from store to store. He also worked around our schedule to begin work on our son’s bathroom while our son was out of the country to minimize disruption. He has a great relationship with his sub-contractors who always showed up when he said they would and stayed until their job was done (almost midnight for one part!). On our project, Charles right hand man was Justyn, who more that makes up for Charles’ lack of communication. Justyn was very personable and considerate. He never made us feel like a question was a bother and seemed to actually enjoy answering them. Justyn was worth his weight in gold. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, Charles had to lean quite heavily on Justyn during our project, but he was more than up to the task. We had one light fixture that took almost 3 months to ship. When they came to install it, about 2 months after everything else was completed, we gave him a list of minor issues that caught our eyes during the wait and Charles arranged for them all to get fixed without batting an eyelash."

"The were on time,neat,nice and very professional. They put down all kinds of drop cloths and wore booties to protect my home. The insulation was quick and neat. My husband & I bought the sink and faucet ourselves. We bought the wrong colored grout & our installer replaced it for free. We also needed a new garbage dispose and the price they gave us beat Home Depot . We also had the wrong sized sink ring that our installer also took care of for us. Overall great quick service at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!

"Walt assessed the condition of a toilet and determined it would need to be replaced (as I had expected).  He and Tammy went to Home Depot and picked up a toilet (the price of the toilet is not included in the above), which was a huge help.  While Walt removed the old toilet and installed the new, Tammy worked to remove old caulking and recaulk the bathtub.  They took the old toilet and the box for the new toilet with them, leaving me with a renewed bathroom and no mess.
Walt and Tammy are a fantastic team and I will not hestitate to hire them again.  I currently am building my "Walt and Tammy List."
