When I accepted their bid, but the work couldn't start for over a month, they held the original price even though the cost of materials had just gone up. When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. And Ryan, the owner, is a real sweetheart; he came by at the end to check and make sure I was satisfied, which I definitely was. We went this the CertainTeed roofing system with a 50yr warranty and Sherwin Williams exterior paint. JLV Team was able to do the roof removal and install and 2 days and paint the house the 3rd day. JLV workers and owner were present throughout the entire project, they showed excellent workmanship and professionalism. Everything was very well planned and discussed with us every morning. We had a good idea what was the daily plan and expectations. Team made a thorough cleanup; we did not get any neighbor complaints. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend them to anyone interested in either roofing or exterior painting."
