"There were three phases of work: 1. Trap the rabbits and insure there where no rabbits in the crawl space. This took 2 - 3 weeks. Only one rabbit was caught – there are still rabbits in the area - but the crawl space was deemed free of rabbits. So we could move on to stage 2. 2. Clean up: remove all the vapor barrier from the crawl space and replace it with new vapor barrier. Then ‘fog’ the space with an anti-bacterial agent. The vapor barrier replacement was the bulk of the cost and seems to be a decent job. The first application of the fogger was not done adequately (according to me) but CC was happy to come back and do a more comprehensive fog. 3. A one year guarantee plan that included securing the entire house against incursion and periodic checks. There was some confusion about whether the guarantee included rats and mice (which had not been an issue with us but something I thought we paid for) but CC was good about working through the issue with us to everyones’ satisfaction. Overall the team was professional and good to work with. There where separate teams (trappers, cleanup, back office) and it was not clear that everyone was always on the same page. Our ‘manager’ was the original sales guy and we never really saw him throughout the process. My impression was he was focused on sales and not on follow through. BUT overall the team was good and the co-owner (Tim), who finished up with us (e.g. refogging), was great. I'm happy to recommend Portland Critter Control. Thanks Tim and team."

He even sprayed my hanging plant as he saw it was dying, my services today were dewebbing around the eaves, windows, doors, gutters, and j-rail. checked your bait stations, sprayed along the foundation, windows, doors, and gutters to create a barrier that will help keep pest out of and off your home. Great job"

"That went fine I think I mean the appointment fine, I don't really know because we weren't over run by pest we just wanted to make sure we didn't get lost in up near our roof and I haven't noticed any I have really been out there to look so I don't know how effective it was."

"We had an issue with interior ants and random spiders. Called Pointe Pest Control , got a quick appointment , Mike came out and did treatment both of the inside of house and exterior. He also placed a couple of ant traps on counters. Two days later zero ants and haven’t seen any spiders . Great Co! Courteous , professional, safe product, quick response, excellent results. "Mouse in the house!!!! I texted Sunday morning after having chased a mouse through the house Saturday all day and Sunday at 3am... they came out to the house by 12:30 that Sunday. Jake got in the crawl space and checked the outside of the house for entry points. While there was no evidence of a major problem, I opt ed for the full attack. He came in with an Arsenal of traps that he placed in the kitchen and crawl space. He didn t hard sell and his prices were very affordable! He was also very honest with potential outcomes which I appreciate. He literally just left and I haven t heard any traps go off but just based on his customer service, I would totes recommend him! He s coming back in a week to check traps. I ve read some horror stories about other companies but I feel very confident that I m working with an upstanding professional. And he s dog friendly!"

"When called to make an appointment, the customer service was great. The technician that came out was thorough. The fee to spray the house one time was a little steep, I still had some pests hanging around but not nearly as much as there was before the spray. I would consider using this company again but I think I would call around to see what other companies charge for a one time house spray."
