"It went very well. The owner called me back the same day, came out and priced the job the next day, completed the job the following day. It ended up costing a bit less than if we'd hired a dumpster from the garbage company and done the work ourselves and they did all the work! "I've never used a moving company before, but I'm also kind of lazy, and have grown tired of the moving process after doing it several times over the past 10 years. I've always been a bit hesitant about hiring anyone though, imagining my cheap Ikea furniture and collections of geek stuff being crushed into a billion pieces, but my Mom had recently hired Primetime Movers Portland for a small job, so I figured I'd give them a try. I had a little trouble getting ahold of them during the weekday, but was able to catch someone on Saturday and schedule something for that Friday at 4pm. The next day went about as smoothly as I could possibly have hoped - they were on time, had everything packed into the truck in about 40 mins, over to the new place, and ready to unload in under an hour. The only snag? I won the Darwin Award for the day and forgot my keys, forcing them to wait for me to go back and get them. I've since gotten everything unpacked and have yet to find so much as a scratch or dent on anything, which really surprised me, given how fast they were able to get everything loaded and unloaded. All in all, very fast, friendly, and professional guys, who were happy to put up with waiting on me, and didn't tack any extra charges on, even though I'm preettty sure we went just over the 3 hour minimum. Definitely not the nightmare I imagined, and I'm pretty certain I'll use them again in the future."
