I had the pleasure of hiring Ray from Sunny Rays to replace my broken water heater. Ray called immediately after I signed up for quotes on Angie’s List. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about my water heater problems. When he arrived at my house, (yes, Ray came personally to help) he turned out to be such a great guy who explained the process to me and gave me great tips on the use and servicing of my new water heater. Above all, his quote for work was phenomenally generous and much lower then others I got quotes from. The end result was a beautiful new water heater, fully installed, at a great price for the work and labor! Ray was a helping hand when my family needed it, and now we are enjoying hot showers again (the cold showers before the replacement sucked). Ray, along with his nephew who came to assist, were both outstanding people, and I would recommend Ray’s service to others, and would call him back again as a general contractor.

1a. provider quoted 30gal water heater tank. 1b. customer received 29gal. 1c. and less efficient unit. 2a. worksite requires low NOx 2b. customer received non compliant unit. 2c. provider refuses to correct 3a. customer requested drain pan. 3b. provider presented with incorrect size and did not install 3c. provided no effort to obtain the correct size to install 4a. provider secured replacement unit with steel straps in contact with the gas line. 4b. customer requested relocation of strap 4c. provider has not responded.
