"He said we should buy new faucets and call him back.
I won't be calling him.  The faucets were working fine before, I do no believe that it was a problem with the faucets.  The original plumber who installed the sinks did a very messy and confused job.  It's hard to tell what the heck is going on under the sink.
He didn't charge me anything.
I'm sure they are a good service.  They just didn't work out for us.

Had to run to store as did not have all parts to finish. Advised I would get charged for that? Have not seen the bill for it however so maybe they realized it was their issue. "Everything went well.  Arrived on time, performed the inspection and reported that we had a sturdy foundation; a few minor cracks but nothing that needed to be addressed.  No leaking or water damage discovered.  This professional business man was sincere and caring and did not recommend unnecessary work or turn this Angie's List "Big Deal" into a bigger deal!  I recommend Ethereal highly to anyone in need of his expertise!  If the need arises, we will certainly seek out the assistance of Ethereal Elements again!

"Estimator arrived on time and checked 49 year old A/C and gave quote on new unit as well as repair. We authorized replacement and a date and cost was given, work was done on time, installers were very professional and friendly. Would have liked itemized bill that showed cost of each item, but would use them again. Very happy."

"Overall, the project went very well. Mark was great to work with - he totally got the vision for the bathroom update. The work involved moving plumbing, moving electrical, replacing a window, replacing the tub, retiling the shower, retiling the floor, putting up drywall, installing a new countertop Travis is a wizard with a tile saw, and I must say that the quality and workmanship; is unmatched. While the bulk of the work was being performed, Mark & Travis were right on point - it was great to see progress being made every day. They were also totally respectful of the living space and in general, great guys. If there's a sour note in this symphony, it's that the last 5% of the job (installing the window, minor finishing touches) took about as long to complete - 4-5 weeks - as the major work did. The project started in July 2015 and wrapped up in early October, though the bathroom was totally functional (i.e. 95% done) by Labor Day. After Labor Day it was difficult to get in contact with Mark and schedule the final work; a situation in which I think any customer/contractor might find themselves in at the end of a project, as I imagine he had other jobs to ramp up and manage during that time."

"Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."
