"Very well. Alberto & Rigo arrived a day after I scheduled the work to be done. They blew & scraped moss off my roof tiles, blew out the gutters & cleaned my skylights. While Alberto applied the Tile Guard treatment, Rigo sprayed the windows, siding and deck to remove any treatment from them. They power washed the patio, cleaning off debris & spray cleaning the siding as they went along. All the blown moss was cleaned up. The roof and patio look great! They worked hard and did a great job! Alberto also alerted me that a number of tiles were broken or cracked and needed replacement, which I have also scheduled with them. My only disappointment was that there was still moss that had grown on Gutterflow barrier in the gutters since the last cleaning that could not be blown off. I have scheduled the Gutterflow to be removed, cleaned & re-installed."

"We had flooding in our back yard and under our house because a root had grown in our pipe and water was not draining. I called Douglas, he came out the same day to check it out and it was completed the next day. He also checked all drains and gutters to make sure everything was flowing properly.

"This company washed my windows inside and out, and no one has ever done a better job. They were careful, meticulous, and cleaned windows, tracks, and screens to perfection! They also power-washed my driveway and mailbox and made them look like new. I would be happy to have them in my home any time."

"James, the owner, came out to my house and gave me a bid. He did everything he said he would do. I have a concrete/tile roof. He replaced 4-5 tiles that had been broken. James and his sons worked hard and worked steadily. They have good equipment. They thoroughly cleaned the roof and the gutters, and their clean-up included washing the windows and the house. James sent me photos that he took on the roof during the cleaning. The contrast between before and after was amazing. I was very pleased with their work."

Pressure Washing questions, answered by experts

No matter the material, the best times to pressure wash or power wash a patio are spring and summer during a string of dry days. As long as the temperature is above 40 degrees Fahrenheit, you won’t encounter any cold-related issues. You need those dry days to ensure no algae or mold grows on the wet surface of the patio.

Yes, you can pressure wash metal fences. However, as with other fencing materials, it’s important to use the right PSI when pressure washing a steel, aluminum, or other metal fence. If you apply too much pressure, you could strip off the paint, ruin the protective coating, or otherwise damage the fence.

Yes. You can pressure wash pavers. However, you risk damaging them if you use too much pressure or get too close. Use a PSI of 1,500 and spray the water at least 24 inches away from the surface.

The white nozzle is your best choice for power washing indoors. The white nozzle, or the 40-degree nozzle, comes with a pressure even lower than the standard green nozzle but still has enough force to clean the surface. It works great for painted and wooden surfaces. It also doesn’t damage more delicate materials like ceramic or tiles. However, avoid pressure washing delicate furniture, caulking, and other surfaces that require more tendered touches than regular surfaces.

You can use a pressure washer to clean a whole host of surfaces. The exterior siding of your house is one of the most popular spots, as well as your driveway, garage floor, patio or deck, and even your outdoor furniture. Just be mindful about the amount of pressure you apply to different materials—concrete can handle a lot more than wood, for example.
