"Grime Busters was definitely the best choice for our roof cleaning. They were highly efficient, prompt, and upfront with pricing. I spoke with multiple companies before selecting them and they were, by far, the most professional and easiest with which to communicate. We will have them back annually for maintenance. Weâ ve had several bad experiences with home professionals not following through or performing really sub-par work. I was impressed with how professional, communicative, and efficient the Grime Busters team was. If you are looking for effective and professional pressure washing, theyâ re definitely the ones to call!"

"I hired All Surface for gutter cleaning which they did on Friday. I was very impressed with the results and I highly recommend them. Although I considered two other companies, All Surface was an easy choice based on their responsiveness and pride in the clean-up part of the job. This last part was important for me, after a bad experience with another company last year left spattering on the sides of our house, needed pressure-washing to fix. Ashley replied to my request for estimate, and was patient with my questions, arranging for Dan to come to my house and provide an estimate. Dan's estimate was clearly and professionally written, included prices for other services I might consider. From start to finish I've been very pleased. The quality of the work and the communication with the company have been first class and it has worked out even better than I'd hoped. Byron and George did the cleaning, they were careful to warn me that there would be spattering on the siding and it'd need to be rinsed off. I asked George for advice for future care and he was very helpful. All Surface includes roof clearing with their gutter cleaning service, and this was important for me, we have trees overhanging and had plenty of needle build-up on the roof, with one valley pretty full. Now the roof and gutters look immaculate. Better still, Byron and George went above and beyond with their clean-up, leaving my driveway spotless and leaving my yard much clearer than before. Needless to say, they left no signs of any spattering on the siding. I've been looking for a reliable company to care for my roof and I'm looking forward to hiring All Surface in the future. Bravo!"

"I contacted Ramos Clean Up because I'd used them in 2011 and was very impressed  with their work.
The crew of three came on the weekend and got all the work done in 2 long days.  Ramos came to get work started and then returned when crew was finishing up.  I appreciated his personal attention in directing his crew.
A trench of about 18" deep and 40 ft long  was dug along the garden side of the driveway with the use of hand tools, and roots from trees on the other side of the driveway were severed.  A barrier was inserted to keep garden free of roots. An additional short trench was dug in another area of yard where we have raised beds with nearby trees.
Five metal poles to support berry canes were put in at a depth of about 2 feet. We'd had had the underground gas pipe located and marked but the location was a bit off.  The guy digging notified us right away when he initially contacted a pipe and then worked with us in relocating the position of the poles.  This meant redigging several of the holes.
Three large holes were dug where we wanted to plant shrubs.
We had overgrown areas in our yard and the crew cut off lower dead branches of 3 large holly trees and cut back other shrubs. I told them which branches I wanted removed as they worked and they were happy to prune as I wanted it done.  It meant a lot to me that they wanted the job done to my satisfaction.  I had a large pile of yard debris from my own pruning projects and they were willing to haul it away along with all the debris from the pruning they did.
There was an "oh, while you're here" request to rehinge a gate which they did with good cheer.
Ramos and his crew were pleasant to have around and they talked and laughed as they worked.  They did a great job in cleaning up when they were done. They were good at figuring out how to accomplish the work and were equipped with the tools needed.  They were good natured when interacting with me.
When I need help with future projects, I will definitely call on them again!!

"This company washed my windows inside and out, and no one has ever done a better job. They were careful, meticulous, and cleaned windows, tracks, and screens to perfection! They also power-washed my driveway and mailbox and made them look like new. I would be happy to have them in my home any time."

"James, the owner, came out to my house and gave me a bid. He did everything he said he would do. I have a concrete/tile roof. He replaced 4-5 tiles that had been broken. James and his sons worked hard and worked steadily. They have good equipment. They thoroughly cleaned the roof and the gutters, and their clean-up included washing the windows and the house. James sent me photos that he took on the roof during the cleaning. The contrast between before and after was amazing. I was very pleased with their work."

Pressure Washing questions, answered by experts

This process doesn’t necessarily require soap or detergent, but it definitely helps. You can get by with just using water, but remember, brick requires a lower-than-average pressure level when compared to concrete, so forgoing detergent increases the time it takes to spot clean stains and debris once you finish with the pressure washer. Brick is especially porous, so the less water you use on it, the better.

No, you should not use a pressure washer or power washer on roof shingles, including asphalt shingles. The high water pressure is too strong and can damage the shingles by loosening their adhesive, forcing water underneath them, or causing them to fall off. The safer and better option is soft washing with a pump sprayer. For best results and to avoid damage, consider hiring a local roof cleaner to clean your shingles safely.

It‘s risky to pressure wash indoors, and we wouldn’t recommend it, but following all safety guidelines can prevent the worst outcomes. Always make sure to use an electric-powered machine over one that’s gas-powered, remove obstacles that could cause tripping or falling, and keep appliances like hair dryers and toothbrushes unplugged and out of the way to prevent electrical hazards.

While some pressure washers, when used at lower settings, are ok to use on tires, we suggest proceeding with caution. While the high pressure alone won’t cause damage to your tires, pressure washers emit high-frequency pulsations that can damage the tires’ sidewall cords. Using a medium-bristle brush and soapy water is a better bet if you want to keep your tires in tip-top shape.

Yes, you can pressure wash epoxy floors, but you must take precautions to avoid damaging the surface. While most epoxy floors can be cleaned with a mop, you might choose to pressure wash if the floor is stained, has ground-in dirt, or is covered with mold or mildew. To do so safely, first soak any stains or dirty areas with a gentle cleanser. Use a lower pressure setting with a gentle nozzle, such as a green, white, or black tip, or a 45-degree angled tip. Keep the spray nozzle at least 18 inches away from the floor to protect the surface. Using a surface cleaner attachment or a rotary scrubber can also help prevent overspray. Be cautious if using a power washer that heats the water, as the combination of heat and pressure may be too powerful and could damage the epoxy coating.
