Before he started our patio was incredibly dirty, deeply filled with moss and weeds between every concrete paving stone. The dust would turn into heavy mud when it rained. The walls surrounding our patio are complicated due to being made of different materials such as floor to ceiling glass walls, frosted glass partitions, metal siding and outdoor green painted ledges. Although the focus was the patio floor, concrete pavers and rooted moss/ mold/ mildew & weed removal.. he did much more than expected. He softly cleaned/ sprayed down the dirt caked walls, removed all the moss, weeds and heavy muddy dirt. He gave me an important maintenance tip to make things a little easier for the next time we have him come back. Which Iâ m happy to know about. With our permission he was able to get the concrete pavers back to a fresher brighter cleaner visual state. In areas where too much sand exists he was very careful and gentle not to spray too much water. Instead he let me know the best way to maintain or fix these weak points to limit future damage caused by the elements. He was very perceptive about his surroundings, ours, our neighbors, the apartment building and even parking. He paid close attention to the job, remained focused and detailed oriented, was extremely respectful of us, our home, any space indoor or outdoor that he worked near. Even bringing his equipment through the house was done with much care and consideration. Im positive his work is worth far more than we were quoted. Itâ s not easy at all to find respectful, detail oriented, quality, experienced, knowledgeable, confident, competent or reliable entrepreneurs/ local business owners. Fortunately, we did find those qualities in Sean/ Clean Sweep. Itâ s not always about how quickly an important job is completed.. itâ s the quality of work done by a capable individual or team. That being said Sean/ Clean Sweep was quality and worked well under pressure/ quickly. Our patio is absolutely spotless, beautiful, clean and Iâ m sure our neighbors will appreciate it just as much as we do. "I've used LADA before for siding repair. As usual, both jobs went extremely well. Fred was able to squeeze in my small siding repair within a few days. The siding had rotted behind a leaking downspout. The siding work was great, the downspout was installed with better curves to facilitate flow, and I appreciated the quick response & fair price. The 2nd job was discovered after powerwashing the house for a paint job. The lap board had rotted. Fred and co-worker replaced the board, the siding just above, and another section that had rotted. He brought the siding up to code so water does not leak behind in future. Again, LADA came in quickly so that my paint schedule did not slip."
