Oregon Premium Painting LLCI hired Oregon Premium Painting to paint the exterior and interior as well as pressure wash the concrete driveway and the back patio. They showed up when they said they would and didn't leave the job until I was happy with everything they did. They cleaned up after themselves, and made my house look new again. I couldn't be happier. They explained the process of what had to be done. They used high quality paint and it turned out far better than expected and they made the entire process stress free. Affordable Ponds LLCExcellent. John showed up on time and got to work. He had to replace two non-functioning pumps and associated wiring and power wash our lower pond (part of a 2-pond and creek system). He was very professional and efficient. He thoroughly cleaned our lower pond, which is lined with dozens of basalt rocks. After replacing the pumps, he ensured all was running correctly before departing. William provided a free quote and it was fairly competitive. His price seemed fair (though we've since received another quote slightly lower). He seemed competent so agreed on timing and price and decided to move forward. Our property management company required a few standard items (evidence of liability insurance, W9, and written quote). He pushed back, ultimately agreed to provide the items the following Monday, then never did. I just followed up and now he's declining the project. Very unprofessional and disappointing outcome. I would have loved to work with him and probably would have if we didn't have a professional property manager looking out for our best interests. For reference, his quote for gutter repair and minor shingle repair was $850. Other quotes we received were $2,200 and $725.

Not well. The moss is not gone. They cleaned the gutters first and then worked on the moss. The moss then filled our gutters and our driveway and yard is now full of moss that they scraped off. We painted our house in the last year. We now have mud all over our gutters and trim. We basically paid $350 to get half of the moss on our roof and wall killed and now we have a huge mess and gutters to clean. We also learned that contractors from Angie's list do not have to be licensed/

We had seen the work done by Artistic landscape while going for a walk in the Tigard area during the summer. We wanted a new fence and Pergola put in in our own yard and felt that the work we had seen was exactly what we wanted. After meeting with Robert, we decided to move ahead and could not be more thrilled that we did. The fence around our entire acre, as well as the Pergola, we done within our timeframe. The craftsmanship that went into each project was exceptional! I can not say enough about Andrew's crew for the pergola and Bonafasio's crew on the fence. Each came on time, worked diligently to get the work done in a timely manner. and left the workspace spotless when all was said and done. The end product for each, far exceeded our expectations.
