"I called David on the recommendation of my contractor. David came by within a couple of days and promptly gave me a bid which was lower than the previous bid I had received from another chimney company. I did some research and checked out all their reviews and everything seemed very positive, so I decided to hire him and his company. After a few delays from my end, I finally told him they could begin and sure enough they started right away and were at my front door 8:30am sharp. His crew were really lovely and were on the job both days so I was familiar with them. They were quick, they were efficient and surprisingly they weren't that noisy considering they had to bring down the entire chimney from the roof all the way down to the attic floor. They also made sure to protect the stairway and cement walkway outside my home which had been newly poured. And they were able to make the chimney half the size because the furnace was no longer being vented out of the chimney which made for a smaller foot print. A few days later they promptly came back to reseal the chimney as well as open up the fire vent and remove all the loose debris that had fallen down. I also asked if they could cut the height of the ceramic flu down a little bit on the roof because I thought it would visually look nicer which they happily did it. There is no question that from now on I will be using Bridgetown Chimney for any and all future chimney work both on my home and my other rental properties."
