Our original plan was to remodel our small master bathroom and to have the washer hoses moved in our laundry room to accommodate our plan for a slightly different laundry configuration. Well, we found asbestos in the walls and floor and then the laundry room turned into a fuller laundry room/bathroom remodel. Both Mikes and Jeff were really great at communicating and very flexible with us as the plans changed, and Jeff's workmanship was outstanding. The tiling in the master bathroom is amazing - so much attention to detail and it looks even better than we could have imagined. As the project evolved, I appreciated how well they worked with us (we did some of the painting and furniture assembly) to make it as cost-effective as possible. They turned rooms we hated into rooms we love (see some before and after pictures). I heartily recommend them!"

"John L. was THE BEST! In working to swap our over-oven microwave/fan for a hood vent he was tireless in being sure it was done perfectly. The original over-oven microwave install was done poorly, causing a headache in fixing the errors, yet John did not cut any corners. He also checked in about every detail to be sure we were comfortable with what was happening. He listened to our concerns about how poorly the previous fan had been working and made an extra effort to be sure the vent opened very wide for maximum venting. We also asked when booking that the technician wear a mask and John arrived and wore an N95 the whole 4 hours with no fuss. This was our first experience with Mr. Handyman and if all the other technicians are as good as John then we will be using them exclusively from now on. John is like the fix-it dad you wished lived in your same town."
