"I had hope to use Joshua to pressure wash and stain my deck but once he looked at it, he was honest enough to give me the bad news that my decking was in need of being completely replaced (25 years old). I just didn't want to spend that amount of money right now. In speaking with him over the phone, he seemed very knowledgeable and I felt he would do a great job for me. I felt bad that it wasn't just a simple pressure washing and stain job because he drove a long way to do the job. I will also say that he was excellent in corresponding with me. He went above and beyond on my job making sure everything was painted including the foundation and gas meter! He also did some repairs to some trim and a small section of siding in the prep work that look great. I bought new handsets and locks for all the doors and he even installed them after painting the doors. What is even more special about his company being a local family owned business is when he needed help from a crew on the big days it was his brothers that joined the project.
