Clawson is the best. They have done work for us on a couple of occasions and have provided excellent service each time. The staff we have met are very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Clawson Heating & AC.

I work from home most of the time, and not having AC in the summer is not something I can do without a desk in the office. I had a quote from Clawson a couple years ago for a AC retrofit. They tried to up sell me on a new furnace and were a bit more expensive than another dealer that sold Trane units. I should've declined the new furnace and had them install essentially the same central AC unit, and challenged them to meet the other quote. It was only a couple hundred dollars off. My previous HVAC contractor, who was purchased by a larger chain the first part of the year came out to service an issue with my AC. This contractor recharged my system without a simple once over where they could've detected a very obvious refrigerant leak. The cost to fix my issue was also almost double what Clawson was charging. Needless to say, I was unhappy with the attitude of the other contractor, and Clawson was my second choice (my initial mistake). Next time Clawson will be my #1 choice. Thank you for taking ownership of the issue that wasn't yours, fixing it, and getting everything working as expected.

Great. I am a newly retired home owner who finally has the money to make some of my home wishes come true. My furnace and water heater were about 30 years old and in dire need of replacement. Also, as a native Oregonian, I’m not crazy for summer heat so I had dreams of AC. I had a lot to learn and Ryan answered all my questions and then some. Retrofitting an 80 year old Portland home isn’t without lots of challenges and Ryan, Sean and Aaron rose to and conquered each and every one.

We purchased our home a few years ago and the previous owners had Clawson's phone number on the heating unit. Boy am I glad they did. The company was both responsive and professional. Our unit was beyond repair. A second representative came out to discuss the price and options for a new unit. There was no pressure to use them and no pressure to purchase a more expensive unit. They were very accommodating with our schedule. One the day of the replacement, two staff members came to install the new unit. They were professional as well. They took the time to make sure everything was working properly to include checking our A/C unit and the thermostat my husband had installed the weekend prior. Above and beyond service. A+

They were pretty good. I don't know about prices, because I didn't really comparison shop but I was pretty impressed with how quickly they got out and worked on my furnace. I don't know if the price was competitive but I thought it was okay. I would use them again.

Clawson Heating & AC was the company that NW Natural arranged for me to schedule an appointment with for the $139 annual furnace maintenance and tune-up program. Clawson reached out to me right away after receiving my details from NW Natural. I was able to schedule an appointment for within two weeks. On the day of the appointment, the technician called me to let me know when he'd be there. He conducted a thorough inspection and tune-up. After he finished he reviewed the results with me and answered all of my questions. I just moved into the house in May, it's an older furnace and I was not up on all of the details about the features of the furnace. He took the time to review with me how to change the filter, safety features that were built into the furnace if there are problems and what to do in an emergency. I would definitely use them again.

Arrived on time, cleaned and serviced as expected, tested system to make sure everything was working. Did a great job.

Everything went as well as we expected. Workers arrived on time and had the work completed in two days. They left no mess or materials behind.

They were here when they said they'd be, and they finished it up in a day and a half. I would use them again.

So well that I want them to service my heating unit and I will eventually buy a new AC unit from. Eric was so friendly and gave me a lot of helpful info. I so appreciate the fact they got to me so quick even though I was scheduled for next day. I appreciate that Eric loves working for the company and says the owner treats customers right. I highly recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning needs. They are my go to company from here on out!!!!!!!

The same service technician came out 4 times. He spent hours testing and troubleshooting, which cost us almost $900. He never found the problem. We called different heating and A/C service and they had the problem fixed within about an hour.

We have been pleased with Clawson Heating & Air Conditioning for over 30 years. We are on a maintenance program and if anything happens to go wrong, they cover 10% of the parts. There are benefits to be reached there. Another thing, if you have any troubles you will get a check out anytime day or night.

Based on positive reviews I called Clawson to service the AC & furnace at a property in Sandy. So glad I did - amazing personal service, honest, and they go the extra mile (they didn't have the right filters on the truck so came all the way out to Sandy the next week to install them @ no extra charge). I highly recommend this company.

Everything prior has been great it's just they sent this younger kid out who was unsure, he has never worked with older models. I guess the other gentleman the older gentleman had more knowledge about the older unit, instead of talking to us into buying something that we didn't need right now, we usually use stuff until they break down and then get another, but I felt they were more upfront with us and said I'm surprise it lasted this long but it's still showing, it's doing well so just keeping going with it and I like hearing that because honesty got me right there. He was just upfront and honest, what could happen what might happen and where we are at right now kind of but in the future yes we are going to get to point we will have to have replace it but for now it's running well just keep it going.

Seems like a family friendly thing and like the gentleman that was here before because he knew the older model better, this guy is trying to learn it, I feel bad for him, he like really had to keep calling his boss to find out what to do but at least he was trying but I think he went home and they went over it little to see, he's working on it now so. I don't know what their previous plans was for the day of activities but I usually more giving because he's here now which most places they cut off at five and we've had no problems with them so we usually only call them twice a year. We're happy with them , unless something came up that was a big deal and they weren't cooperating with us and we are getting more frustrated then I would probably go look for someone else but everyone we have had as long as they are hearing what we are saying and working with us I'm gonna keep using them but if there is going to be ongoing problem then I would go with someone else.

Both installers arrived on time and let me know exactly what they were going to do. They worked for 11 hours to complete the job all while being friendly and explaining what they were currently working on. The sales person who sold me the system stopped by during the installation and checked if everything was going as expected and invited me to let her know if there were any issues or questions.

It went great. I explained what I thought the issue was, and the technician agreed and quickly solved the issue.
