We needed to have a gas line run to the heater, the unit itself, and the work. It was all upfront and fair. Joe H and Will F. arrived right on time on the day we scheduled and they worked all day until the job was completed. They treated our house so carefully and were really pleasant while they worked - they didn' mind our dog supervising them all day either, she didn't mind the attention either. We kept peeking at the work and both Joe H. and Will F. were patient in explaining what they were doing and they genuinely seemed excited with us that we have a brand new, amazing tankless water heater. They left the basement cleaner than when they arrived, the tank looks great, the exhaust vents are perfect and this job could not have gone better for us. If it was difficult for them they didn't let us know. After the job was done both Joe H. and Will F. spent time going over what they had done, the basics of operating the unit, and answered all of our questions.
