"Fantastic! I needed to have a P-trap installed under my bathroom sink and have the toilet reset; the contractors I had hired did not complete the work. After getting stood up and no return calls from the contractor, I decided to cut my loss. I was under a time crunch because I had sold my home, and the buyers were taking possession of the home within two days.
