DmD installed our gas range. I was able to get an appointment on short notice and they did a good job.

Whatever you do not under any circumstances use DMD Handy. I hired Dylan Darity to repair our dryer GE Sensor Dry because it was not heating. He took it apart, removing multiple panels trying to figure out the cause which is to be expected. However after he figured out the heating issue and put it together, the drum was making a clunking sound which it was not making before. He took the bottom plate off the drum and reattached it with a power drive. My wife put a load of clothes in and approximately 20 minutes later the dryer stopped because two of the 3 screws holding the plate on came out. At first, I thought maybe he did not tighten the screws. I aligned the plate over the holes and went to insert the screws and they pushed straight through because he stripped the thread of the screw hole. I called him to inform him of the issue and he said he could come by in the morning, which he did. He put some larger screws in which seemed to work. About 30 minutes into the cycle, the screws came out again and the dryer is now unusable. I contacted him again, he said he would take care of it after he finished another job. This was about 1 pm. At6:30 pm I reached out to him again and no returned call or messages. My wife eventually called him because he was not responding. He told her that he was not responsible for that because he fixed the heat problem and it was not worth his time! At first he came across as very professional but once he realized he caused damage, He became very unprofessional and rude. I repeat, DO NOT HIRE Dylan Of DMD Handy!
