"We selected All Fuel to install a Valor G4 natural gas unit we'd purchased in July 2020. After multiple bids, I noticed they alone didn't "up sell" me nor did their bid leave costs vague. From start to finish, this company was excellent. Following the installation of the gas line, their installation of the unit was efficient and exacting. The team stayed after installation to explain how the G4 was controlled. In Winter 20-21, when we noticed the unit caused the wooden mantle paint to blister, Joe and Eric Camp took the time to help me figure out via email the pros and cons of various solutions, even those that weren't going to require their services. They installed a blower in May 2021 to diffuse the unit's heat. Again, the timing, estimated costs and the coordination with an electrician were spot-on. We noticed they practiced COVID-19 precautions during their visits. Throughout all this, Melony, Kaytlyn & Sheri in their front office were pleasant, efficient, and followed-through. A 2017 Angi's reviewer stated All Fuel was the "...perfect model of a successfully run company." I'd add I wish that all home service companies ran like this one."

You never have to worry if the person that is entering your home and servicing your vent system or repairing your fireplace is trained and certified, because we guarantee it! "Showed up at 9:40 for 9:40 appointment. Job took 30 min. 2 workers. Nathan answered all my questions about the job and related fireplace issues. Happy to report that he stated when he didn't know the answer in depth, but suggested what may be the source of effects. The job was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. Quoted a list of optional improvements (chimney cap, brick cleaning/seal) and repairs (cement flue cap replacement) that should be considered, but that they not a limitation to safe usage of the fireplace. I would hire again."

If I can't fix it, I don't charge. When I service a direct vent gas fireplace, 80-90% of my service does not require parts replacement, just a bit of expertise in cleaning and adjusting and knowing when to replace a part and when not to. I also install wood stoves and inserts, install and service freestanding gas stoves, inserts and built-in fireplace, install and service firepits and BBQs. "The whole experience started off well we need a fireplace that was leaning falling removed. James suggested that we put in a wood stove that?s what we agreed upon this job came out to around $20,000. He did not come prepared with his own tools. He told us that it would take a weeks time it took multiple weeks time we reached out to him on January 22 of 2025 and here We are May 6 of 2025. We still have not got our inspection. He stated that we could call for it, but we had paid him for it on top of that he got the permits from the county instead of the city. The work that he did was not the work that we had discussed. He told us that he would have a general contractor come in to close the house up inside it he did not. He had one of his workers do it. The work is Shawty. The guy did the best job he could. James does not work well with his employees or his co-owners. This whole experience has been horrible."

"My husband and I love to have our first cup of coffee in the morning watching the wild birds eating suet outside the window while we sit in front of our toasty gas fireplace! When ours started having problems igniting in the morning, I called a trusted Heating company "Wilfert Heating and Air Conditioning" knowing he did not do gas fireplaces but figuring I could trust he would recommend someone as trustworthy as he. He gave me the name "Allen The Fireplace Guy". I called and made an appointment with Joanie. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Allen came at the appointed time and carefully set about to investigate our problem. He was greeted by the roar of barking from our 3 rescue dogs and didn't blink! He came in and knew at once what the problem was. He fixed our furnace and cleaned and polished it up. When I looked at the fire, I felt like I had just cleaned a pair of dirty glasses and could see again. Beautiful Job! I said I wanted to have him start coming every year and he said if I called in May June or July there is a $70 discount! So I said ok this coming July I will call and make an appt for a maintenance check up. And here comes the best part....... He said No!! Wait until the following year! You wont need service that soon! ........ Now.... how honest is that!! I am so glad I never have to worry again about my fireplace! I can always count on Allen to be honest and always do a terrific job!! He should change his name to Allen The Honest FIreplace Guy!"
