It takes a special construction company to not only provide quality work but to keep in contact with the clients and recognize that timeliness, clean-up, conversation, and comprehension are all a very important part of the package. I am extremely happy with MST contracting and having been a 'do-it-yourselfer' for the past 40 years I am very particular in whom I hire for projects and their knowledge of it. The MST contractors are respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and show the customers that their schedule is also important with getting the job done. There were no surprises with the estimate, the pricing is reasonable, and the workmanship is exemplary! In addition I believe MST CONTRACTORS care about their relationship with the client! There are some general contractors that are vague, or rude, or don't care if the client is waiting an extra 3 or 4 hours for them to show up for work, or those who charge extra for delivery of materials, or even estimates --this company does not "do" those things that customers find annoying.
