Only took a day to install, was very patient with my senior mother. When i needed the flooring pulled up to get foundation work done, they pulled it up and put it back down at cost.

Installers damaged paint on the wall

You will not find a better company From the sales person Rob to shelly and Joe owners to Jose installer. I recommend them highly ð ¥¹ I agree with the other reviews.

First class operation. Always used Lowes but they were 3-4 weeks out. Gave lockbox combo to Robert Krueger and he measured and had a price for me within the hour. Great people at this flooring store.

From beginning to end, the whole process was great!!! I am going to hire them to do my kitchen floor.

Totally professional from sales to installation. Very high quality product. Had living room flooring and carpeting on stairs. They were prompt, kept me informed and did what they said they would do. Will definitely use again. Have absolutely no complaints.

I love my new laminate flooring! The installers were considerate, professional, and tidy.

We had all of our carpet removed and wood floors installed throughout our first level and in-law suite. Joe (owner) did a very thorough initial consultation and answered all my questions. He provided samples of different products and was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to make our final decision... and WOW...we couldnâ t be more pleased with the outcome. I feel like we have a new home! They were professional from the initial consult to the end of the install. They were punctual on the days they worked. Sergi and Paul worked nonstop and communicated with us if there were any concerns or questions. I never felt unsure about our decision to go with Floor Covering International. They made me feel like we were their only customer... never rushed, always answered questions or concerns immediately. Did I mention how much I LOVE my new floors? The floors are stunning! Completely took years off the look of our home not to mention how much cleaner my home feels and smells!!! We may have saved a few dollars with a â big boxâ company, but we would have lost the excellent quality and personal attention that overall was priceless. We have used the â big boxâ company in the past for big projects around our home and have always felt like things were completely unorganized, unprofessional and never went according to the plan. I felt fully confident with Joe on his first visit to our home because he was very honest and up front from the moment he stepped inside. I highly recommend this company and will use them again when I have my upper level floors re-done!

They came out within a week of my inquiry to give me a quote on a Friday. That following Monday my carpet was installed. Looks great and saved about 300$ compared to getting it done by Lowe’s/ Home Depot.
