Jack was quick to answer our request to have him look at our tlled bathroom floor that had several grout seams that had cracked and broken out. He came for the appointment as we set up and we had an estimate within 2 days. We accepted his estimate and he completed our job within 2 weeks. Jack was knowledgeable, friendly and was always on time for his appointments. He did a great job for us and we highly recommend him.

We had Jack clean and seal the grout in our master bath and shower, as well as our foyer. He also repaired a few loose tiles. Jack is both professional and personable. He takes great pride in his work. We highly recommend him.

We called Jack to see if he could clean and re-grout our master bath shower and he was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and absolutely meticulous in his work. We had areas in our master shower that we just could not get clean anymore and it looked pretty bad but Jack came and worked absolute magic on it as it now looks like a newly tiled shower. Professional, Quality, Communication

I hired Jack to tile a shower for me. He arrived exactly when he said he would be there. He brought my bathroom to life with a beautiful designed shower. Each day he left my home completely spotless and made sure I was happy. I will have him back to to tile my back splash in my kitchen in the near future. His work is very impressive. I have received compliments from everyone that sees the shower.

We hired Jack to do the tile work for our remodeled bathroom shower. I have nothing but positive things to say about his work. He and his assistant arrived when he said he would and left my house very clean every day. He provided some recommendations to our initial plan and we were very happy with the end result. I hired this individual to for a shower remodel. At the time my original corneal shower was still in and Mr. Harmon helped assisted me in a design that worked best for our situation. The tile work is phenomenal and after one year I still absolutely love walking into our shower.

They always arrive on time and keep you apprised of the status of their work. They also thoroughly clean up any mess they have made at the end of the project. Jack & his Assistant Russel did an exceptional job remodeling our main bathroom. We had them tear out our tub & install shower. The tile job is fantastic!!! So many compliments already. They were timely, always arrived when they said they would be here & we felt we could really count on them to do everything properly. Jack estimated two weeks and they finished ahead of time. We were actually sad to see them go. Very kind & personable. Trustworthy too!!! Also kept areas clean & covered pathways. We cannot say enough to praise their great work!!! I asked for several estimates for some tile repair work. Jack was the first to respond and his price was the most reasonable of the three. He did excellent work, was on time, And worked very clean. I'd recommend Straitway Tile to anyone that wants to be reintroduced to excellent customer service!

He is a real pro. Knowns what he is doing and does it very well. Honest, friendly, hard worker. The shower he repaired looks like new after the repairs were completed. One of the few craftsmen I have hired who I really respect their work. And he is a craftsman!

Our old shower floor was on life-support: disintegrating grout, water underneath tiles, mold around perimeter. We had to tape sections of the floor to hold it together and keep leakage to a minimum. Then Jack came, removed the old tile, installed waterproofing underneath, re-pitched the floor so that water flows directly into the drain and installed new tile with a superior grout . Jack worked steadily for almost a week, and did an excellent job of protecting non-work areas and cleaning up after each day. It is just beautiful now! You should see the difference in before and after photos. He is a real craftsman and obviously cares about delivering a job that meets your expectations.

We had several cracked granite floor tiles which needed to be replaced. Jack did an excellent job replacing them. He was very professional, very clean and reasonably priced. We will definitely call him again if we ever need any more tile work done on our home.
